This lifelike masterpiece depicts author Stephen King as the title character in THE LONESOME DEATH OF JORDY VERRILL, the CREEPSHOW segment based on King\'s short story WEEDS (and perhaps loosely inspired by H.P. Lovecraft\'s THE COLOUR OUT OF SPACE).
The stunning life-size rendition of King was hand-crafted by sculptor Matt Cable, meticulously created from many parts and materials (silicon skin, high-quality textiles, hand-punched hair, and more). It was recently displayed at the MONSTERPALOOZA convention, alongside Mr. Cable\'s other work (please see our other sales for his TALES FROM THE DARKSIDE and DARK SHADOWS pieces).
This exceptional masterpiece is a one-of-a-kind piece measuring roughly 21\" tall and 15½\" wide on a 15\" square base, and weighs over sixteen pounds!
