This is a beautiful vintage / antique 1952 Trifari choker necklace. The patent that was granted for this choker necklace patent # 167,368 granted to Alfred Philippe forTrifari, Krussman & Fishel Inc.on Nov 11, 1952. It is made up of platinum toned Trifanium. It would be great to add to your collection or to wear!I am listing quite a bit of mid-century Trifari so you might want to browse my other listings!Size:It is short at approximately 15 inches long (It would probably need an extension chain to be worn- it is snug around my neck)
Markings:Signed \"TRIFARI\" with a crown over the \"T\" on the back of the fold over clasp with no other markings
Closure:Fold over clasp
Condition:The plating is really nice and shiny but it looks kind of \'bubbled\' in some spots -still pretty good condition for jewelry that is over 60 years old!
