UP FOR sale:A fine Smaller Fitter Oil Lamp Shade, Fleur de Lis Pattern,
Commonly used late 1890s - 1910s, on smaller parlor lamps

Shade 7 1/2\" high, fitter 8 1/2\", top rim opening 4\". The decorative Fleur de Lis decoration in puffy high relief, with heavily applied gilt. Decor around the whole of the shade. Glass with no chips, cracks or discolor, some use wear to the gilt. Heavy substantial glass providing durability. The top and bottom rims cut/ground with finger-feel roughness and very tiny fitter flicks. The glass with clean, shiny finish. Looks good!
