After many years of trying conscientiously to offer next-day shipping, I have to throw in the towel. OK, so in a good month, maybe I was getting 90 per cent or so of my shipments out of here on a next day basis, but the 10 per cent (many of whom would have single digit response ratings) would drive me nutz.
