IF YOU WANT TO SIMPLY RETURN FOR A REFUND YOU WILL BE CREDITIED MINUS A $10 RESTOCKING FEE (REGARDLESS OF PRICE OF SHOE) AND THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COST IS NOT REFUNDED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE YOU WILL NEED TO PAY US AN ADDITIONAL $10 FOR RETURN SHIPPING COST.
CONDITION OF RETURNS:
THE RETURNED PRODUCT MUST BE IN SALEABLE AND NEW CONDITION WHEN IT ARRIVES. IF YOU PLAN TO SHIP IT BACK IN MUST BE IN SOME TYPE OF PACKAGING THAT PROTECTS THE CONDITION OF THE BOX.
