I think that this is pattern number 113, from Cambridge Glass Co MILK GLASS LINE, often called and compared to CROWN TUSCAN. These are RARE and flawless Sea Shell design DOLPHIN / SERPENT / Fish Candle Holders and a true gem for the avid collector. FLAWLESS and original, these each stand about 4.25\" tall with a top diameter of about the same 4\" and a base diameter of 3.25\". The taper mopening is about 7/8\" and the bowls measure about 2.25\" high on a pedestal base of about 2\".
