I am unsure of the maker. It is possibly Fostoria.
The bowl can be used a vegetable or fruit bowl.

The low candlestick holders are 4 1/8\" x 2 1/4\".
They have no chips or cracks.
There is a black dot in the glass on the base of one of the candlesticks. The lines that are seen on the candlesticks in the black light pictures are mold lines. They are not damage.
