Very rare set of two corresponding-numbered, hand painted Capo di Monte vases.

Both are pedestal-style vases with removable lids. Dimensional cherub figures around the entire vase. Dimensional lion or beast head on two sides. Vibrant colors, no fading or chipping.

Vase bottoms are stamped \"GB R. CAPODIMONTE\", with the trademark crown, above a shield and crossed leaves. Both are hand-numbered in gold \"1535/370\", as well as \"ITALY\".
