This is a Tungsten Caroffere blank rod. I use these as a scribe marker for the center line scribe kit. These are great if you want to make your own center line or edge scribe.These are approximately 1-1/2\" long X approximately 9/64\" diameter. They measure(.140+/-.001)The ends are cut square and you need to sharpen one end to a point for the center line scribe. These are very hard, but easy to grind if you have a diamond wheel (preferably wet) or at the very least a silicon caroffere wheel for your bench grinder. If you don\'t have either of those items don\'t even bother trying to sharpen this rod.
