Every once in awhile you come across a piece of carnival that is a one of a kind and just surfaces.... This is the only known example.... If I didn\'t know better this Centipede vase was made by MILLERSBURG.... Yes Centipede.... That\'s the name of the pattern.... It\'s radium iridescence is just spectacular with pastel pinks and blues highlighting it.... A Whimsey tri cornered shape.... . In reality it was made by McKee Glass Works..... Signed \"PRES -CUT\" in base.... They made this pattern from 1903 to 1930 in many shapes and forms.... All in crystal.... This is the first example to surface in carnival.... Not sure if this was a experimental piece or not.... Standing in at about 8 1/2\" tall... This has got to be one of the prettiest vases thats out there... Here again is a piece that has no basis to put a price on it.... Otherwise there are no previous prices to compare to... For someone who is looking for beauty and rarity this is the vase for you...
