Cartier always uses the finest diamonds in their timepieces but I am not sure of the exact diamond weight in carats.Watch is pre-owned in excellent condition as pictured in the actual pictures of the watch. A brand new battery was just installed and the watch is working perfectly and keeping perfect time
It was purchased by the original owner in early 1990-1993 time frame. The watch comes as-is and there are no original boxes or papers.
