This Manager set was only put together3different times since the early 1990\'s when it was purchased. The actual manager set is 27\" long, 13 1/2\" wide and 20\" at the center peak. It is made entirely out of wood and not plastic.The figures are solidcarved wood. The 2standing kings are 12\" high and the kneeling king is 9\' high. The 2 shephard\'s are 13\' high,one horse is 10\' long and the other horse is 11\" long. The winged angel is 12\" high. Joseph and Mary are both 9\" high.

It is easy to assemble with the 6 screws included to hold the two piece roof in place and a screw for the angel.
