This knife for sale is a 1983 issue CaseStag Whittlers Set 5380 Split Backspring Whittler, 3 7/8\" closed, with Genuine Stag (deer stag) scales with nickel silver bolsters which have a 14 karat gold filed, engraved florentine design.

This Case Stag 5380 Whittler was taken right out of a complete Case 1983 Stag Whittlers Set; I will have the 5308 and 5383 up for sale as well.

The master Clip blade is tang stamped with Case XX SS USA with 7 Dots, dating this as a 1983 issue Case knife. The Coping blade is pattern stamped with 5380 SS while the small Clip blade is stamped with SS. All 3 blades are stamped and the master Clip blade is serial numbered with #1865 and all 3 blades have good \"walk and talk\" snap.
