Condition: Rich tonal image, light rubbing front, several small stains verso, edges beveled/gilt, round corners.

Other: Nice formal portrait of a young soldier, possibly an officer, from the era of Kaiser Franz Joseph. M. B. Schultz operated a studio in the port of Flensburg (Noderhofenden) in the late 19th century into the early 20th century.
