My designer shoes are for seasoned shoe buyers who are familiar with their sizing, understand of the cut of the shoe and the designer. Since I do not accept returns I suggest that you become familiar with your european sizing before purchasing on . I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

Shoes that are marked below retail are in sale condition. Sale shoes been tried on for two+ seasons in a store, handled by many people, tried on by customers, may have been a customer return, and have been on sale racks. They are NOT 100% flawless and will show signs from being handled and tried on.All boxes will show wear.If you need additional pictures please don\'t hesitate to ask and I\'ll gladly take more for you. I do my best to describe what I see but I want to politely remind that they are not flawless or straight from the factory.

Examples of signs from being tried on but not limited to: insole wear, minor scuffs/indents/scratches on the soles, sticker residue on sole or insole, back of heel insole suede wear, surface scratches or smudges on the leather/material, and boxes will show damage/wear such as some surface peeling, smushed corners, torn corners, etc. Due to my bright photography lighting small imperfections like these may be washed out in the pictures. If you\'re worried about any of these issues please contact me for more pictures.

Please be familiar with the brand\'s quality and sizing. All of my items are authentic, and because they are handmade with natural materials quality varies from craftsmen and designers. Examples but not limited to: Insole glue smudges, minor material/leather variations, insole bubbling, hand stitching variations, etc.

Sizing varies by designer and style. Most European shoes run small. I can do my best to give you an idea of what you can try on at your local high end department store to help you determine your size. I do not accept returns and cannot hesitate enough that my listings are for buyers who are familiar with the designer/style/quality/sizing.

To prevent scams all items have a security feature. On items like shoes it will be permanent/hidden but will not disrupt the outside appearance of the shoe. Please keep this in mind when purchasing, I do not disclose what or where it is in pictures. Handbags will have a security tag. Also, all of my items are recorded and photographed during the shipping process.

International packages are normally shipped via the global shipping program where you will pay customs fees and ’s determined shipping price. I cannot send or alter international invoices because of this. We are not responsible for and customs/duties fees. Please remember it may take weeks to receive international shipments.
We prefer not to ship to PO Boxes due to send-backs
Please allow sufficient time for delivery, most of our items ship via USPS First Class Mail. Tracking numbers are provided for every item and are located in your email and under your purchased items
