This is a rare tea cup & saucer by David Chapman & Sons, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, England.

The pictures don\'t show the exactly coulor , it is a mint green painting.

The cup is marked as pattern 1622,

The pieces are made of white, fluted bone china with gilded detailing at the edges and handle ( with some wear). The pieces are decorated in a lace like motif of pale flowers.

The pieces are in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks. There is some light wear to the gilding (consistent with age and use) .
