UK Deliveries

Normally items are despatched within 1 – 2 business days of cleared payment being received and two delivery types are offered:

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail First Class Standard Post.

Expedited Delivery - Courier.

Returns Information

Returns Policy – Our No Quibble 14 Day Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. You must inform us in writing - by letter or email - of your decision to return the item.

Returned items must be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt of the returned goods within as short a time as possible but always within 30 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The cost of returning the goods to us is at your own expense. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore for your own protection we recommend that you use a signed for service and insurance where necessary.

Return delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and the return method has been agreed with us in advance.
