What a unique and charming example of old KPM porcelain this is! The planter or square vase is 5\" high to the rim and 5 3/4\" to the top of the angels heads. The footed base measures 5\" square. It is made of a heavy porcelain entirely handpainted with applied flower garlands decorating two sides. The two angels at the sides are in interesting contrast to the four gargoyle type winged creatures decorating each of the four corners at the base. The piece is marked as shown with blue KPM and underglaze incised numbers . There is the tiniest of nicks on the end of one wing on one of the angels and a few tiny chips to the smaller applied flowers. I can find no other problems, no major chips, cracks, hairlines, stains or other problems.
