This lovelypitcher has retainedits manufacturer’s original green and orange label,“Email Supérieur – Qualité Garantie: (Superior Enamel – Quality Guaranteed) with picture of a ram\'s head. Dark green paint around spout edge and bottom edge. Watertight;appears to have never been used!Measures 14 inches tall with a base diameter of 7.75 inches.Wide open spout for pouring. These pitchers were used in the French home to bring water from the well or kitchen to the boudoir for bathing/washing.
