The unusual and very rare Silvestri Charming Tails music box was commissioned by The San Francisco Music Box Company in 1996. The title of the piece is \"Thanks for Being There.\"and plays \"That\'s What Friends are For.\" This adorable collectable was introduced in 1994 and retired in 1996. It is signed along the side of the mushroom by Dean Griff and dated 1996. (See photo) The Charming Tails item number is 889/684 and the San Francisco Music Box item number is 41-47024-9. The original box is included. This item has been opened, checked, signed, and displayed in a curio cabinet with other collectables. It is in like new condition andis truly a serious collector\'s special treasure.
