To the best of our measurements:

Full width including dust ruffle appx. 100\". 56\" wide at seam at each side before going to ruffle, ruffle drops appx. 22\" all the way around.

Length apprx. 92\" to the seam at the foot before dropping over to dust ruffle. With dust ruffle full length from head to foot / floor would be approx. 114\".

We didn\'t have this size bed to model on so we put several large boxes under the spread. The size is the pic is not showing the entire bedspread but a sample for you. In very good condition, one little teeny tiny hole you can see in the pics. The sunlight is shining on the bedspread also you can see the reflection.
