Click to View Image Album ** Chinese Blue and Whtie Porcelain Square Tray, Circa Late 18th to Early 19th Century. Of square form with slanted shallow walls, scalloped corners and raised foot-rim. Decorated with a serpentine dragon surrounded by scrolling vines, lotus and flower framed by a key-fret border. The interior and exterior walls are decorated in a similar lotus, flower and vine design framed by single line borders. All painted in underglaze blue against a white ground.
SIZE: 17.2 X 17.1 cm (6.8 X 6.7 in), WEIGHT: 11.7 oz
CONDITION: Four chips along rim ranging in size from 1 mm to 5 mm in size. Light surface wear with minor firing flaws. (SEE PHOTOS BELOW)
