Chinese Export STERLING SILVER REPOUSSE SET - Wang Hing & Tuck Chang :

Chinese Sterling silver repousse set of 12 pieces, 6 forks and 6 knives. I have seen individual pieces on occassion, but I have never seen a set of this size and quality.

Very finely executed floral repousse, exquisite detail and craftsmanship. All pieces are marked, some WH, for Wang Hing, some TC for Tuck Chang. Each handle varies a bit in decoration but they make quite a statement as a set!

Circa 19th century, the set is in great condition for the age. Minor surface scratching from use and cleaning. No dents or dings. The fork tines are straight, true and very sharp!

Knives measure 7 5/8\" in length, the forks measure 6 3/4\" in length. Weight on my postal scale is 1 pound 4 1/2 ounces.
