Dr. Adrien von Ferscht has recently identified this shop and this very maker, Canton c1890. See reprint below of the identical hallmark as shown on this bowl.

This monumental Chinese silver dragon centre bowl in raised circular form. Gadroon and scallop overhang rim. In the Western manner.

Adorned with battling 5 claw Imperial Chinese dragons. Set amidst rolling clouds. Sacred pearl in fiery orb form. Most desired of all pearl representations.

Handles formed as Imperial dragons. Mouth wide exposing long tongue, bulging saucer shape eyes.

This Dragon bowl 19 inches across handles 13 across 8 tall & 161 (standard) ounces.

Signed for the Canton work shop of C.L. and the actual silversmith Cheong Lam.

Excellent condition. Lustreous silver patina throughout. The interior gilt later. One dragon handle 1/2 inch taller than other, likely in the making. Few tiny scuffs and nicks.
