CHINESE EXPORT SILVER TEA CUPS & SAUCERS (2) SIGNED very fine vintage set of two silver dragon handle cups,

and matching saucers and teaspoons.

The silver signed for Tanvinh, Vietnam shop and the

cups Chinese porcelain with faux signatures.

Well cast full body dragon handle and cup frame, the later

with pierced cottage and foliate decoration.

Octagonal saucer with center hand engraved scene of fisherman shaded by

towering pine tree and Flag above fortress on island, the spoons with cottage

and floral.

The Chinese porcelain cups with

colorfully painted dragons united by gold luster panel.




The dragon cups 4 1/2 inches saucer 4 3/4 inches

and estimate of silver alone 6 standard ounces.




Hallmarked as shown.

Saucers signed Vietnam Tanvinh .900 (pure) and 2 initials, possibly the silversmiths shop mark,

spoons same, but .700 (pure).




In very fine condition. 


Rich silver patina.

The silver dragon frames and saucer retain original detail,

porcelain in fine residents are subject to sales tax.
