Up for sale is a smaller size \"tiger whiskey\" or medicinal liquor bottle from Wing Lee Wai of China, made circa late 1800s to early 1900s.Description: The bottle is handmade from pottery with a dark brown glaze. It measures about 5\" tall. The base is embossed WING LEE WAI / CHINA with Chinese characters. It does not have the \"Federal Law Prohibits\" embossing seen on later Post-Prohibition bottles.The Wing Lee Wai company was founded around 1875 in China.Condition: Small chip at the top of the lip (see the 3rd photo), plus a few other smaller signs of wear. Clean. Please examine the photographs for further details and qualities.Thanks for looking!
