Payments

We do open an unpaid item case after 48 hrs and close the case 4 days after opening the case. If you need longer than the 6 days to pay, please let us know through messages.

Shipping

1)We typically ship twice a day during the week, 8am-10am & 5pm-7pm. Our USPS pickup is 10am & our FedEx/UPS pickup is normally 4pm.

2)Please note that the estimated shipping date is an estimate and can take longer depending on area demand & time of year. If you have a question concerning the location of your package, please don\'t hesitate to ask and we will try to locate it for you.

3)We only ship to the address that is given to us at checkout. Please make sure the address you give at checkout is where you want the package sent as we are unable to change the address after payment.

4) Any item priced $25 is shipped Priority for international buyers. Because of fraud, there is no exception made for this, sorry.

Returns

1)If you are not happy with your purchase, please don\'t hesitate to contact us thru the messages. We will do what we can to make it right for you.

2)We are happy to take returns for up to 2 weeks for any reason. If it needs to be returned for something we messed up, we will pay the return shipping. If it needs to be returned for other reasons, we do ask that you pay the return shipping.
