This sale is for a early 1900s german hand wind music box. Pretty sure item is meant to play 7 1/2. But clearly you can see were there is not enough room for it to spin freely its been carved out to fit the disc. However it doesnt work right trying to play the 7 1/2 they seem just to big perhaps it wasnt sit back down in there wright when a repair was done. We did open the underneath and the item will play but skips due to a gear that has just been worn out. The Symphonion logo has been marked on with a pencil by a little one. There are 4 metal disc that does come with it but they are 7 1/2 . Item measures 7 1/8 tall 10 1/2 wide not including handle. Total weight is around ten pounds. We dont know a lot about this item but will answer any questions the best we can. Thanks for looking and have a great day.
