In the original box with Deed of Ownership and a leaflet detailing the background of the Citizen’s Hall. Also has a medallion in the front yard. Made by Rhodes Studios for Rockwell’s Home Town Landmark Sculptures. Measures approximately 4 3/4\" x 4 1/4\" and is in like-new condition.
