Civil War Belt Buckle + 2 Other Buckles:

The Civil War brass wreath belt buckle was found in Lake Erie, near buffalo, NY. It is in

excellent condition, with a small bend in the band, unfortunately I did not find the other half of it. The other 2 buckles were found

in the Niagara River in Ft. Erie Ont. I believe they are both War Of 1812 era buckles,

as they were both found near many other War Of 1812 artifacts I found. The Oval

shaped buckle is bronze, and I believe may have been a shoe buckle. The other

smaller buckle is brass, very thin, and more fragile, it may have been a uniform buckle
