Description: There are 6 antique lithographic photos over 120 years old. The printing process involved redrawing or tracing the actual photograph for the lithographic process, up close the drawing aspect is apparent. They have been cropped from larger sheets of photos published in the Atlas to Accompany the Official Records of the Union and Confederate Armies, published by the Secretary of War, (Washington: Government Printing Office, 1891-1895), a copy of the title page is includedwith all the publishing details for authenticity. We received a shipment of small maps from this atlas and are currently offering them individually and in groups of related battles. This listing is for the actual maps or photos as seen in the main pic. They are not matted or framed, photographed against a dark background. Great for shadow boxes, Civil War displays, scrapbooks or could be framed individually.

Size: Four are 5x7 inches and the two larger are 6x8 inches

Condition: They are in Good to Very Good condition with overall light tonal aging, blank on the reverse. They are fairly clean, there are a couple of spots on a few, a couple have bent corners, and in general the edges have uneven cropping, take a good look at the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
