Civil War Relic U.S. Regulation 1839 pattern Dragoon (Rifleman) waist belt plate dug in Central Virginia. O\'Donnell/Campbell plate 486 Circa 1847-1857. This plate is in excellent, early excavated condition. It has a very small amount of lead missing from reverse. The buckle hooks were reversed, (the two puppy paw studs are on the left behind the letter \"S\".) More than likely made by Boyd & Sons, Boston Mass. Buy It Now $275.00
