Here is an original tintype of an armed Union soldier. Outside of case measures 3 1/8\" by 3 5/8\". The case is damaged. The image is nice. Unusual rifle with the hammer on the left. This came from the Curie Estate in Smithville Ohio. This was an old farm estate. After I bought this, a family member wanted a photo with his phone. He said they had a relative who was killed at Gettysburg and buried near the spot Lincoln gave his speech. I gave him my number, but he hasn\'t called.
