Antique Cleaned Steel Push Plates
Handsome, antique push plates salvaged from NorthEastern Ohio. They are made of solid, heavy, steel and have beveled edges.
These plates were removed from a big, beautiful pair of doors (see last photo). At the point of salvage, the plates were found painted and dirty (see 2nd to last photo). Since then, we\'ve cleaned them to the best of our ability.
Considering that the pieces were probably touched hundreds or even thousands of times, they are in great shape. Both plates have slight scratches here and there, but neither plate has any breaks, cracks, chips, dents, or gouges. The plates are perfectly straight, still very strong, and ready for another lifetime of service.
