I ship most items with in 24 hours, AFTER payment is received, with the exception of week ends and Holidays. I pack VERY well using bubble wrap and foam wrap also Styro-Foam, when needed. I mark all boxes that are insured and/or fragile, but breakage can still happen. Fragile items should be insured but Insurance is always optional. If an insured item arrives damaged, Please let me know, it is your responsibility to file the claim but I can help with information and tracking numbers, etc. Please realize that Priority mail and First Class mail are the fastest, REASONABLY priced ways to go, Media Mail is the SLOWEST.
