This listing is for an Antique, Co-Operative Flint Glass, Marquisette Goblet. Marquisette was introduced by Co-Op circa 1889. The pattern features panels with very fine squares covering the interior of each loop. The stem is multisided, coming down from the bowl, creating a 8 pointed star at the bottom of the bowl. It\'s a fantastic piece of Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG).
The goblet measures 5 7/8\" high, 3 3/8\" in diameter at the rim and weighs 8.4 oz.
The piece is free of chips, cracks and fleabites. The base has a notable air bubble. The foot show slight wear. The glass is crisp and clear and has a light glow under UV light. This goblet will make a great addition to an EAPG collection and be a wonderful addition to the curio.
