I offer Hassle Free returns for any reason with the exception of swimwear and Victoria’s Secret Items. I do not accept returns or exchanges on those items for hygenic reasons. All other items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Item must be returned with tags attached, in NEW resellable condition (or in the same condition as it was sent to the buyer). Return amount will be less all shipping, even when free shipping is offered in the original purchase. The return amount will be less the shipping cost I actually paid to ship it to you. This is where the 10% restocking fee from comes in. The fee charged is actually covering the original shipping and is not a restocking fee. You will be refunded any amount over the 10% deducted and the original amount of shipping paid. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I am part of the Global Shipping Program and the packages will be shipped by to your country. If you purchased your item and had it shipped to a USA address but then have it shipped to an international location the return/exchange policy starts when the item shows delivered in the USA (this does not include the global shipping program, your return time will start when it arrives in your country if you are purchasing with the Global Shipping Program). I can no longer accept a return or exchange if it shows delivered to the USA address I shipped to but you have a family member or friend use a different carrier to have it shipped overseas which takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive.
