    How do I track my order?

    Go to My > Purchase History and find the item that you purchased from us. You should see a clickable USPS tracking number with an estimated delivery date.

    I received the wrong item. How will you resolve this for me?

    If in the event that we sent you the wrong item, please contact us through first before leaving any response or filing a case. We will get the item you ordered to you ASAP.

    The item I received is damaged. How will you resolve this for me?

    Please contact us through messaging. We offer a full money back guarantee and will pay for the return shipping. We will work with you to make it right.

    How do I initiate a return?

    To initiate a return go to My >Purchase History(Find your item)>More Actions>Return this Item. From the moment your item is delivered, you will have a full 30 days to initiate a return.

    I placed an order but I need to change my shipping address, how do I proceed?

    If you haven\'t yet paid for an item, please contact us about an address change before doing so. Changing your location can impact shipping costs. If you have already paid and your shipping location change alters the shipping cost, we will have to cancel the order.
