This is a cobalt bell with gold painted trim. All one piece, the handle is not glued on. The printing on the tag is very small and hard to read even magnified but here is what I think it says; Kunst, U. Gebhauchsglaser, Gehren/th. I\'m not sure about all those letters a c could be a g etc. 6 3/8\" Tall 3 1/4\" at the bottom. No chips or damage. The clapper is gone, there is a metal circle there to hold a replacement.
