Q: Can I Color my remy human hair extensions?

A: Yes, but it is not recommended. If you do, only color them from lighter to darker. 99% of the time this can be done without an issue, but on the rare occasion a problem can occur. This is because the hair has been chemically processed several times and will not always hold dye as well as your natural hair. They are 100% remy human hair, this is just how hair extensions work. If damage is caused by dying the hair extensions we will take no responsibility and you will not be able to return them.

Q: Will hair extensions damage my hair?

A: Hair Extensions should not damage your hair if properly cared for and maintained. You must be careful brushing. If you have a tangle, hold the hair while you brush it especially if your hair is fragile. Have them redone about every 6 weeks.

Q: Can I wash & blow-dry the hair?

A: Yes. You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner.We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every two weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp. It is not getting the oils it should be. Using a treatment /hair mask will need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting, but it is not recommended to do to often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing.

Q: Is your hair of same length?

A: No, most of our hair extension follow standard proportion in length, for example in 20\" hair extension, there are 30% hair in 20\" and others are shorter. It is similar with natural human hair. But we could customize for you as your request of hair length.

Q:What type of hair care products should I use?

A : Treat this hair just as if it was your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable, so use leave in conditioners. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to keep the curls in place, but make sure to wash your hair and not leave in these products in for a long time.

Q: Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt-water, chlorine and not combin(wide tooth comb) out your hair daily. Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for more help. It could also be the hair you purchased, if the hair is Indian Remy Hair or non Remy Hair it is not 100% virgin human hair. So the hair may tangle sooner and not last you as long as 100% virgin hair.
