This is an original vintage cardboard poster featuring an all black orchestra - The Colonial Band of Pittsburgh (formerly the Grand Lodge Band K. of P.) Members of Local 471 of the American Federation of Musicians which was a separate union for African American musicians.14.25\"x22.5\"The orchestra members are shown w their instruments.The poster states there will be \'dancing with plenty of jazz.\'Very displayable. Terrific image of the band.There is some staining along the bottom edge & bottom rt corner area.Scratches on the lettering, but everything shows thru very nicely.
