I have for sale a souvenir sterling silver spoon from the 1893 Columbian Exposition, that was held in Chicago, Illinois. This spoon is silver, it is 4 1/4 inches long and in circulated condition. The bowl is plain. On the back of the bowl it reads GORHAM MFG. CO.- STERLING with the s & g worn. On the obverse handle it has the year 1492, then the seal of Ferdinand & Isabella & then the year 1893. It also has LA REINA YSABEL on the stem. On the reverse handle it reads RECUERDO - DE LA - ESPOSICION - DE - CHICAGO. Also on the thin part of the reverse handle it reads REGISTERED 742. Please see my store at TE COLLECTABLES. (6,865)
