This is the Daredevil issue with Elektra on the cover. As a coincidence, this issue has cover previewsfor Star Wars 42 and New Teen Titans 2.
As far as condition goes, there is a piece out on the back cover as shown. The major flaw with thisissue is that is that it was miss-cut at the printer. As such, there as some tears at the tops of somepages. Also, there are some pages toward the back that were not cut at all (see the photo).Photos provided of actual book.
