Photograph and badge of a Civil War veteran of Co.F of the 9th Louisiana Infantry. Both are in a stiff paper photograph case. The case is 4 1/2 x 9.\" Good condition, small stain at bottom of cover. Badge is 1 1/2 x 1 1/2\" and is inscribed Co. F 9\" LA. Vol. Inf. C.S.A. War 1861-65. The photograph is 2 x 2 1/2\" and is in a metal glass covered case. The man appears to be wearing a fraternal uniform but I cannot determine what organization: has a sword, scabbard, belt buckle and bicorn hat (could be Knights of Columbus or Odd Fellows). The card is stamped Lackey\'s Studio, Temple, Texas. Dates to 1890s or early 1900s. Unfortunately, he is not identified. Rare Confederate memorabilia. Shipping weight less than 1 pound.
