Here\'s a VERY NICE Conn Victor professional cornet from the personal collection of J. Geils. WOW! The Conn Victor is what the model 80A evolved into, and has many of the same characteristics, such as the opera glass tuning mechanism, the big sound and the great responsiveness. This horn is in very good shape-the finish is worn but valves are excellent and it plays very well. Ideal for concert band or traditional jazz.

PROVENANCE: This instrument is from the personal collection of guitarist J. Geils. While many are aware of Mr. Geils\' talent as a guitarist, fewer people know that he was also an accomplished jazz trumpet player. This instrument was purchased from his estate, and a digital copy of provenance will be included with this listing.
