This is a vintage \"Cooper\"tin metal skillet shaped thermometer that measures 5 1/2\" long (counting the handle) x 4\" diameter x 1/2\" thick. There is a glass front window with the thermometer dial inside. This black and gold skillet is marked by maker, \" Cooper\" and \"Made Pequabuck, Conn. USA\" and \"pat. app\'d for\". The front is decorated with picures of sun faceand blowing winter wind face. The thermometer is functional and item is in good order and clean as shown.Looks like it measures 40 degrees below 0 to 120 degrees...but of course, I have not tested it to the limits!!My photos are of the actual item you are getting.
