COPPER COIN DARKENER- Brand New Tube. Fantastic for retoning cleaned copper coins, works great on ancients. Easy to use, a small amount evenly rubbed on the cleaned copper coin, then wiped off with a clean soft cloth will usually do it. Heat or warmth speeds the process, as does having the coin to be retoned very clean to begin with. If it does not work the first round, the piece can always be cleaned again and retoned until you get it right. Not sure what the exact weight of the product is, but with the tube it is aprx. 31 grams (a little over a regular ounce). Over the last few years we have probably sold 600 tubes of this product on . Any questions just ask, happy to help. The most frequent problems users have with this product is trying to use too muchof it todo the job and not having a clean surface to tone onthe coin. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE ON SILVER.Sent well packed and insured.
Over the years of selling this product we have had only two complaints. One buyer complained the product \"turned my coin dark, black\". Too much product used, most certainly. The other buyer after asking that we \"send the product ASAP\" complained the product did not work, that he used another product that did after ours, and wanted a refund, all on the day he received the product. Sounds funny after selling hundred of tubes of this with satisfied customers and many, many return buyers.
