Vintage Mid Century Couroc of Monterey California Black Tray.
Measures 15.25\" X 10.5\" x .75\" deep.
Reef design with inlays of abalone shell, coral and seaweed. Collected by skin divers along the rugged rocks in Monterey Coast.
The tray has some surface wear from use as seen in the photos.
The original label on back. Great smooth feel and impervious to alcohol, boiling water, acids, alkalies and cigarette burns.
Comes from a smoke free Environment.
*I read that by cleaning with olive oil and letting sit overnight and then wiping clean with a soft cloth twice will make the tray look new again.
