Up for sale is a very nice Cox gas powered Buick Riviera tether car. The car is in great shapeoverall.Every piece of chrome down to the steering wheel and hubcaps arebrand new and they gleam. the new chrome really sets it off. The body and glass were hand polished. Naturally there are light scratches and chips from use as to be expected from a 49 year old tether car. But you need to look closely to notice them. Thechassis and engine were completelydisassembled. The engine was cleaned with denatured alcohol and lightlyoiled. Engine has plenty of compression and the cylinder looksto be in excellent contition. The car displays in the box very nice. The box is in good condition considering what these toys went through back when they were new. It has two split corners. Please examine pictures carefully. Comes with a set of reproduction instructions which are virtually identical to the original.Also included isanother small sheetwith tips on how to set up the car and engine for high RPM drag racing.
