Lot of 50 assorted craft items. All these items are new and in their retail package, but most have some cosmetic damage to the retail package. Some of the retail packages have been opened, some have not. Some of the beads from the bead packages may be missing. I did not count or weigh the beads:) Items are exactly same items as in the pictures and in the same condition and quantity as in the pictures.

PayPal is the only method of payment I accept.

You must pay within 3 days of buying or winning an sale.If you do not pay within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

I only ship to PayPal shipping addresses. I will not ship to an alternate address.

No shipping to outside the USA.

Sales before 11am Eastern time will usually ship out the same day, sales after 11am will usually ship out the next business day. Items will not ship until payment has cleared.

Shipping costs, both to and from buyer, will be charged for any refused delivery or non-deliverable addresses.

Refunds will not be given for non-received items caused by invalid address registered on PayPal.

All orders totaling $50 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

I am not responsible for, nor does insurance cover, lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks it as delivered. When expecting a package, please watch your mailbox/door/porch and/or track your package with the provided tracking number.

RETURN POLICY:

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Returns must be started within 30 days.

If you would like to return an item, please go to your purchase history page, find the item, click more options, return this item, add your return reason and details then submit your return request. I will approve the return or contact you the same or next business day.

Do not send an item back before I approve a return.

Misused or abused merchandise does not count as defective and may not be returned.

Original cost of shipping may not be refunded.

You are responsible for return shipping cost and proof of delivery on all returns.

Please make sure return shipments are properly packed and fully insured.

I am not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by shipper/carrier.

Do not expect returns to be processed outside of my normal business hours. policy allows me 6 days to process returns after delivery.
